"365 Days Of Grey"

It's a new year! ... So you guys know what that means, first post of year! Time for a fresh new start at life .......
It's 2015 and it's the perfect time to go travel the world and try new things. Me being a photographer, I love traveling to different cities or around Baltimore and just take pictures of different things that catch my interest. When I go to different cities, I look for a lot of different things to shoot, wether it's builds, graffiti, or people it doesn't matter lol. My favorite thing to shoot is landscape pictures, I love getting a great shot under the right lighting and angle when i'm taken a landscape picture.
There a quote from this book called "The Fault In Our Stars" by the author John Green and the quote say “what we want is to be noticed by the universe, to have the universe give a shit what happens to us, not the collective idea of sentient life but each of us as individuals", that quote have some much meaning behind it. I don't want to waste my life not doing what I love and not seeing all the things the world have to offer me. I want my photography to be notice by the world and I want the universe to lend me it's energy so that I can live a long and great life, so that I can show the world what i'm made of! I want my work to speak for it's self and I want it to be different from what others are doing.
Starting this year off with a blog was kinda something new for me. I wanted to give you guys and insight into my life as a photographer and display my work to you guys. Also with this blog I wanna hit on some hard topics that i feel the world should be talking about.
365 days in a year and you will get all of "Channel Grey". I want you guys to enjoys this year. Take care of yourselves and don't worry about the small little petty stuff. 2015 is the year for growth, so start taking risk and doing the things you love to do. Don't be scared to follow your dreams because you'll regret it in the future. The best advice I can give my readers for for this new year is to be yourself, don't try to be someone else! .... So I'll leave on this note, if your wanting to travel and get out of you comfort zone then i say do it, this is perfect time to do so and don't let nobody hold you back! .......Also Go Follow My Instagram Page @Hausofkingzphotography for more pictures! :)

The Bun Shop

Through life's journeys I always come across cool little places to chill and grab a snack from and "The Bun Shop" is one of those places. The Bun Shop is located on 239 West Read Street (in Baltimore, Maryland for those who do not live here) around the Mount Vernon area. It opens every day from 7am to 3am and gets a really diverse group of people from around the city, who comes in and grabs food and mingle with different people that is in there at the time.
I heard about The Bun Shop from a couple of MICA students who had told me, that's were they go to relax and work on some school work and to meet up with friends. So when I went to go check it out for the first time, I instantly fell i love with it. It's has a warm, calm and relaxing vibe too. As they play a range of indie folk music in the background, you can sit down and listen to cool different type music and enjoy life. But when it's night time The Bun Shop transforms and into a warm cabin feeling with there illuminating lights, dim glow, and soothing music. It makes you feel very at home.
Along with the great vibe of The Bun Shop come the great food and beverages and amazing people that work there. They serve amazing foods from different cultures, I love they're macaroons and cinnamon rolls. They also serve a range of Vietnamese coffee, teas and lemonades. The workers that work their are super friendly and haves a really cool vibe to them. I'll be making The Bun Shop one of my pit stops for grabbing coffee, snacks and to chill and working on some photography stuff. I recommend if you're in the area and your looking for a cool, unique spot to hangout and grab something to drink that you definitely drop by The Bun Shop and give it a try! you wont regret it.
